Account information. Email address, first and last name, and a password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form, never in plain text).
Team branding. Team name, team logo, and your chosen color scheme.
Content you create. Notepad entries, voice notes and their text transcripts, uploaded team documents (rosters, content libraries, music catalogs), and any custom cue labels or layout settings you configure.
Usage and device data. Login timestamps, browser type, and general session activity, used to enforce single-active-session sign-in and to troubleshoot support requests.
Microphone audio. If you enable the Decibel Meter or Voice Note features, your browser accesses your microphone directly. Voice note recordings are stored as part of Your Content (above); live decibel readings are processed in your browser in real time and are not separately stored or transmitted to us.
Payment information. Collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — we receive only a transaction reference and subscription status, never your full card number.
Third-party connections you choose to make. If you connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, or an AI Search provider, we store the authorization token needed to maintain that connection. We do not store the content of your Slack or Teams messages beyond what's needed to display them to you in the Service.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process payments and manage your subscription; send account, billing, and trial-related emails (activation links, renewal notices, cancellation confirmations); respond to support requests; and detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.
We share data only with the service providers ("processors") who help us run GPM Companion, each only to the extent needed to perform their function:
| Processor | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and file storage for the Service |
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing |
| Resend | Transactional email (account activation, verification codes) |
| Cloudflare | Website and application hosting |
| Slack / Microsoft | Only if you connect them — team messaging integration |
| Your chosen AI provider | Only if you connect one — processes your AI Search queries using your own API key |
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a reasonable period in case you resubscribe, then delete it on request. Contact support@jjselite.com to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@jjselite.com. You can also update your team branding and account details directly in Admin Console and Account Settings at any time.
The marketing site and application use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and database-level access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for use by adults 18 and older who direct live events professionally. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you specific rights over your personal information.
Categories we collect (mapped to the statutory categories, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140): identifiers (name, email); commercial information (subscription and billing history); internet/network activity (login and session data); and audio/electronic information (voice note recordings and their transcripts, if you use that feature).
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA — we do not exchange it for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights: to know what we collect and why; to delete your personal information; to correct inaccurate information; to limit use of sensitive personal information (voice recordings may qualify — we already use them only to provide the Service to you, never for any other purpose); and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise these rights: email support@jjselite.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will respond within 45 days, as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
If you access the Service from the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and/or EU GDPR apply to our processing of your personal information.
Data controller. JJ Sports Entertainment, Inc. is the controller of your personal information.
Legal basis for processing. We process your information to perform the contract you enter into when you subscribe (providing the Service); based on our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure and preventing abuse; based on your consent where you choose to connect optional integrations like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or an AI provider; and to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements.
International data transfers. Your information is processed and stored in the United States by our processors (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare — see the table above). Transfers of personal information out of the UK/EU/EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard under each processor's own data processing agreement.
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal information; to restrict or object to our processing of it; to receive a copy of it in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (for example, the UK's Information Commissioner's Office, or your EU member state's equivalent).
Automated decision-making. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
